brookiecooki22 @angelcox800 I just saw about the nautica hat-Im so confused. The hat wasnt in the package? I swear I sent it. I thought smtg was weird-bc u ordered it a while ago & I shipped rite away but it looks like it was just delivered. something must’ve happened during shipping. Id never do this! Ever! I sell a lot on posh & my ratings r very good. I feel terrible-Want me to contact posh & see ab a refund or smtg? U shouldnt pay for smtg u didnt get. this has happened before, I’m SO confused & SO sorry

angelcox800 @brookiecooki22 I did contact Poshmark and I agree it was very confusing I got a message that they contacted you about shipping and I got a message it was shipped but it did take a long time to receive the empty package but it was still sealed shut I did take pictures of the empty package and note
