ejmoncrief Hello and thank you for purchasing! I’m so sorry, I’ve been working full time, my car broke down and on top of everything, I didn’t even see that you bought them until 4 days after you purchased them 🤦‍♀️ but I brought them with me to work and I’m going to see if my friend will stop by the post office afterwards so I can drop them off and get them sent out so either today or tomorrow they will be on the way. ejmoncrief Wait, what? U said you wasted your money, etc. I communicated with u why they were late and I told u about my car, u said u were ok with it. After the car was fixed I had them in the back seat and my husband smokes, my apologies.

ejmoncrief @angelgreenlaw The smell comes out in the washing machine and I was unaware of any issues with the zipper. Basically, if u were unsatisfied, u had the option to send them back upon receiving ur order and receive a 100% refund. U got a genuine pair of Rocks for $20, come on. angelgreenlaw @ejmoncrief hi yes I had no problem waiting for them to arrive, and when I got them I Immediately emailed customer support, asking what to do about the zipper not working, they basically said funds were already released, so there was really not too much they could do about it. I had Email customer support and not the return department I guess. (wrong dept)

ejmoncrief @angelgreenlaw under the ratings there’s an option to tap problems/order inquiry. From there you can begin opening a case. That will stop the payment process and begin the return process after poshmark reviews it. I had no idea about the zipper, when I got them they were too small, I didn’t notice any issues with it after trying them on so I apologize for that.

ejmoncrief @angelgreenlaw I believe it cost about $20 to replace the zippers from what I’ve seen. A local seamstress can do it. Compared to the original price of the jeans it’s definitely worth looking Into. I would’ve had it done myself if I had known there were issues with it.
