jyly Hi Angela, thank you so much for your purchase of the VS San Francisco sweatshirt. I unfortunately put your label on the wrong package. I am sending a message to poshmark but you will be receiving a wrong item (pants), that go to someone else. When you receive them, please don't accept on poshmark. I believe you can say there's a problem and what's wrong and they will send you a return label. I apologize for the inconvenience, so embarrassing.

jyly @angeez126 hi there, I just sent poshmark an email to refund your money and assist with a return label for the jeans. I feel so bad for the mix up. I've been on Poshmark a year and a half and I've never done this. What a mess. Once it's resolved and if you are still interested in purchasing the hoodie I will send my listed 49er hat as a bonus for the trouble. Have a blessed evening.

We reached out to your buyer on 5/16 and sent a follow up email on 5/20 both containing instructions on how to open a return case. Unfortunately the buyer was unresponsive to our emails and did not open a return request, forcing us to accept the order and release funds to you. angeez126 @jyly hi, i just did and my emails with them seem to be going in circles with what seems like automated replies. I had a similar situation like this happen before and it was solved rather quickly so I'm not sure why this is becoming such an ordeal. I have no problem just sending you the jeans and I'll even send a prepaid label to send the hoodie just so we can move this along. Thoughts? Also, i wouldn't be able to do it until after the holiday weekend if that's ok.

jyly @angeez126 I had someone send me the wrong item once and it was resolved quickly as well. If you want to return the pants on your own, I'll ship your hoodie out once I receive them, with your bonus hat for all the trouble. Then you'll really be ready for football season:)
