iona60 Could be so kind to let me know what 'stains or damage' the striped Zara sequin dress I sold you is supposed to have?! I was very surprised to see that you filed a claim - the dress is new w/o tags and I've never worn it, so VERY unlikely it has any wear. If you've changed your mind that's one thing, but claiming I sold a damaged item is not cool!
