gardengirl2069 angela I have contacted pm customer service 4 times in an attempt to get you a refund .I have had no response as of yet If you refuse the jacket upon arrival let me know due to the damage discovered and discussed .If you decide to keep it I will get the refund to you as soon as I can get a response .I googled refund customers on poshmark and the answer was contact pm🤔😒 Thanks for your patience ...I'm losing mine with customer service😔

gardengirl2069 pm said they do not have a refund policy in this instance so if you don't accept it they will not release your funds and you open a case with them on the reason If you do then they will release the funds to me 😒 thanks again for all your patience!
