vwisemama @washang1 I’m not. My question is if you use the same package with the same tracking number, if so I can track the package. I am using the tracking information used on the package you received and there is NO updates which tells me the item packages has not been shipped unless there is a new tracking #.

washang1 @vwisemama I wrote on the box, return to sender and I dropped it in the mail chute. Can you please provide me with the tracking number

washang1 I asked for the tracking number so I can go to the post office and find out what’s going on with the pkg. I can’t help you if you won’t provide a tracking number. Like I previously told you, the box was returned to sender with the same tracking, postage and box it came in. The box was a little mangled when it reached my door steps. I added extra tape, wrote return to sender and dropped in the chute. It’s out of my hands now and there is absolutely nothing I can do without a tracking number

vwisemama @washang1 @washang1 about the tracking number I think you should have made a screenshot of it... but you didn’t so there is nothing I can do. I don’t post track info that is public to others to protect both sides....
