angielove1560 @meleficent1 Hi - I shipped both items in one envelope last week. We both were sent a tracking number and can track the status. I have sent a few messages to poshmark for help as well. I'll check status on my end - can you confirm receipt of tracking info - you should have received an email. Be back in touch shortly🖒

angielove1560 @meleficent1 Me again - ok it looks like we may have sent your items to another customer. She has not replied to our requests to solve this. You will be credited all monies if she does not send your tops back. Crossing fingers she cooperates. We sincerely apologize for the time delay and inconvenience and just hoping for a positive outcome.

angielove1560 @meleficent1 Ok - Good news - I just received a return label notice - the buyer hasn't communicated she is sending the items back but the return label is a good sign. I find it odd she cant just send me a note. Assuming she is doing the right thing - I'll send both pieces to you as soon as I get them. whew! I am feeling better and hope you are too. Again, I apologize. This was my stupid mistake.

angielove1560 @meleficent1 It appears she is not going to cooperate. I just sent an email stating I would make a police report - maybe that is a stretch but I am really mad. You are out two items,you really wanted, I out two items plus shipping plus money I'll never get. If my email does anything to provoke movement I'll let you know. If for any reason I get the items back in the next week I'll reach out to you, repost and hold them for you so they don't sell to anyone else.

angielove1560 @meleficent1 I need to get a new shipping label from Poshmark - which I have requested. They may tell me to relist both items - which I'll do on one listing so there is only one shipping label. Just waiting for Poshmark to tell me what the next step is. Both pieces are in Mint condition - Wow...right??

meleficent1 @angielove1560 Yea that's surprising and I'm really glad they are! Santa was looking out for sure or the police report scared her, haha. Sounds good with the labels. I just wasn't sure how that worked since I've already paid for them and all that. I got confused w/the relisting of the items and such. Thx for all you did to get them back too!

I still have not heard back from Poshmark but in the past they've always returned an email within a day or two. I'll let you know what I hear - I have both wrapped and ready to go! Talk soon... : )

angielove1560 @reidkimberly Yes, I see the tracking states delivered. Did you talk to your mail carrier or local Post Office? If you filed an inquiry with Posh Mark they will help to resolve this and fairly quickly too. I can’t a claim/lost item when tracking number shows delivered. It will be interesting to see how PM can help in a situation like this. We will both know soon.

reidkimberly @angielove1560 Hi yes no response from Posh yet. The post office just states that it was delivered but it must have been delivered to the wrong address. Hopefully I hear back from Posh on Monday. Hope you have a good weekend. I will let you know when something changes.
