Hello. I’m sorry to see that you did not receive your package. But please understand, rating me 1 star because of this is not fair. I packaged it nicely and shipped it the next day for you. The post office says it was delivered. This is completely out of my hands. Please contact your post office. Maybe they will be able to help you. Once again, I’m very sorry you have not received an item you paid for but please reconsider your rating as this impacts me greatly as a small seller.
