msbillye61 I just read your feedback! I have no idea what top rot is but I'm so sorry for it?? I have had the suit for at least 3 years and it was never worn during that time but kept in my dresser drawer. I had only worn the suit maybe 4-5 times. I wish you had responded to me personally as I had asked if everything was alright with your purchase? 1 star?? Again I'm so very sorry.
