schmidtrnc Angela, I was following the tracking of my Sperrys as well. I assumed when I saw that they were shipped to Atlanta after reaching Pennsylvania that it was a USPS issue; that's definitely the long way around! No problem. I will continue to track them and hopefully they will arrive soon. Thanks for following thru! Carol

teili99 Thank you so much. After a long wait I got through to usps.com. They took our info and opened a case. It was definitely their fault. It is at a processing facility and they are supposed to update when they send back out. The automated answering system says they are in transit back to you😊
