angelapaulk @poshvoss there was 2 listings one was new in the box the other like new, I only used for display at my scentsy events, actually just 1 event for that particular warmer. Sorry I should have made that a little clearer in my description. If you want to return it for the confusion I understand. But just incase your unaware, scentsy has a lifetime warranty on all warmers if something we're to go wrong with it. Its an easy process also. Just wanted you to know that info for future references.
