@womanbewise58 You shipped the order on the last possible day. I tried to cancel about three or four days after I paid and you had not shipped. The site made me wait until day seven. On day seven you printed the postage. The post office didn't cause the delay, you did. As for your profit margin? That's on you, you set the price and I bought the product. I gave an honest review, from my perspective. I would leave a follow up comment if I could, based on your rudeness and name calling.

@dna4045 could ask you about ratings? I made a seller mad . My order didn't ship promptly so I tried to cancel. Posh said you have to wait 7 days. On the 7th day, she printed the postage & mailed it later. It was delivered within 3 days after mailing. I gave 3 stars (which I assume is average) & when asked why I clicked slow shipping. She sent me an ugly message calling me names. She also said she made $2 profit. Do most sellers act like this? Is 5 stars expected even for slow shipping?

@acato1 I don't blame you at all. I have actually given low ratings for exactly the same thing. I always ship promptly, which is very appreciated. I expect the same. The name calling is childish and uncalled for. She made $2 because she accepted your offer. She didn't have to accept, but you, as the customer should be happy with your purchase, and shipping time is included in the purchase. I hope this helps.

@dna4045 Thank you for your help. I did block her and I’m glad I wasn’t incorrect about shipping being part of it. It was a low sale but I didn’t make an offer, she sent me an offer and I took it. What is the deal with ratings? I don’t even know how to see them?
