I sent them an email and gave receipt from PO that they were shipped last week. However, this morning I got a notification that they have started tracking so that’s good news! melanabay @angelapcarson I don’t know what to say.. I shipped this the day after you ordered them. The status says “shipped,“ so I have no idea where shoes are. I am angry. I emailed Posh. They have been no help. & said to me “thank you for letting us know,“ but then did nothing. I always ship same day or next. once they go from “pending shipment“ to “shipped,“ it means the item has shipped. I will gladly do whatever it takes to keep you happy.. They shipped the day after you ordered them.

melanabay @angelapcarson this makes me want to delete my closet. I have been selling on posh Mark for six years now and this has never happened. It’s unacceptable. I feel like sending you a free gift. If you look through my closet I will send you something free of charge. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. I just don’t know what to do. There is no excuse for this. Thank you so much for being this patient waiting. PoshMark gets the benefits of us selling but are not there for us in times of trouble.

If there was an 800 number I could call I would see what is going on but when I emailed Posh and they don’t answer. They just send a “Stock“ message back. This is unacceptable! Thank you so much, Angela. You have been so patient and accommodating. That’s why I would like to send you a gift. Pick something out. I don’t care what it is!

lashley1213 Hey! I got the message from Poshmark about shipping this morning. I hadn’t even noticed it wasn’t tracking yet. I was able to talk to my local usps branch to make sure it wasn’t lost or something. I’m really sorry for this delay. They told me it was in their stack to process out. If it’s not showing tracking by tomorrow, I’m just going to go down there I guess. 😩
