You bought the Coach bangle on Sept 5 and I shipped Sept. 6. I don't know what happened with the package. Today I'll go to check in the Post Office, maybe I did a mistake, I really don't know. I'm a serious seller, I use different platforms to sell my things and this is the first time that I have an inconvenience.

I'm sorry apparently I did a mistake and I sent the Coach with another postage label. Some else received 2 packages instead of 1 and never told me. That's why I sent to you the VSX. Please can you put received on Coach bangle that way I can get the money in my account. Thank you and sorry about that 😔

It's ok claim your refund and keep the VSX, sorry for the inconvenience. I can't send you the Coach Bangle because it never came back and it was the only one that I had. I learned a lesson "never do different packages at the same time" I sell thru 5 different platforms that's why I don't know where I sent the bangle. One more time I apologize for the confusion and thank you once again.
