izzybell Sorry about paint stains I had no idea it was on the shirt. I really strive for a good rating so I'm very disappointed with myself for not noticing paint. If you want to send it back to me I'll trade you for something comparable. Again I'm very sorry. I guess it was a wake up call to slow down a bit. soloensemble Hello! Would you be able to mark that the ADVENTURA organic skirt was received? The post office doesn't seem to have scanned it delivered on the 29th of June, but it shows it went out for delivery. The funds are held up. Never have seen this happen before. soloensemble I personally called your local post office when I looked at the tracking information on the skirt. They somehow lost and then found the parcel, resulting in the delay in delivery. They did apologize for the mixup, but I was disappointed to see that you left a 1 star rating when the service on my end was immediate as far as communication and shipping. That effects my ratings as a seller and in this instance, it was a post office issue - not a seller issue. Thank you again for your purchase!

angela1lvn @clrtsy1 Ok I did not receive the package even though it was marked delivered I had no way of knowing where the issue originated. So when I receive what I purchased I will be glad to change my rating.

cheriecharms Hello Angela, I realized it had more stains that I previously thought. It has some gray stains on the left arm and right lower pocket area. The jacket is completely functional- no rips and holes on the down jacket.

turtleowl Hello, I was informed by usps that your package (the red VS Pink pj pants) may have been mistakenly marked delivered when it should have been scanned as accepted. They told me it should still be en route and should start tracking correctly once it reaches its next scan point. Just wanted to let you know.
