sanvan69 @Elvisfan23 I was in the process of packaging your bag when I noticed the strap was loose on one handle , it belongs to my sister and I didn't look that closely till just now , I would not like to send it with that being said, I have another Elvis bag listed and I will send them both to you for the price you just paid or I can refund ... The handle could probably be reinforced.. Sorry for the trouble, let me know what you would like to do
