starherston Dang I can't believe the Victoria's Secret swimsuits sold LOL I put in an offer on the bra and on the blue jean jacket right now not sure what else is going to offer on might be better if you just go in and just count it then the shipping gets discounted I think that's the way it works right?

jessa1155 I have waited and waited for an explanation from you regarding my order. I ordered a Prana sweater and you mailed me an old, used Target brand sweater. Beyond disappointing. My funds were tied up, you never replied to any of my polite inquiries. I found you did something similar to a nice lady that bought expensive boots from you. If you change your mind, just cancel the sale. Treating customers this way is very rude. I spent money buying a matching top.

jessa1155 Yes, I eventually got a refund. But I'm still shocked you never said one word to me after all of my posted messages. It made me so sad, I was so excited to get the sweater. Why didn't you just TALK to me instead of ignoring me? How can you treat a buyer that way?

lovesharleys Will you please cancel the affliction Shirt as you stated in the comments that you were. Thanks not sure why there is a delay in your cancelling. All you have to do is push cancel. It's really that easy

tigers3 @lovesharleys I have selected the cancel option under the sale and upon clicking that it states the status which is "pending usps scan" under that in small letters it states that once orders are in a shipment status, any cancellations are upon the approval of poshmark.

tigers3 @lovesharleys I've had it before where I have been able to cancel the item however I've had it the same as currently and once selected as shipped and changed to that status, you can no longer cancel it. I did try again. I sent a message this morning to them explaining the situation and telling them to cancel order and release your money back to you.

tigers3 @lovesharleys i'm just waiting to hear back from them but they have been informed that it needs to be canceled and is not being shipped and funds do not need to be taken or held from you. I honestly have tried to do everything I am able to in terms of allowing your money back but I'm also limited and I do apologize again for this inconvenience and very sorry you're having to deal with this

I have sent you a couple of messages regarding when they will be shipped, and have not heard back. This is very frustrating, and disappointing. At the very least you could respond back. ilovetobunique So I have to say I should have read these comments before I ordered the necklace. I ordered this on September 20th and now it is September 27th. I contacted you on September 26th and you said you were goin to contact me and let me know it was going to ship within an hour. It is now over 24 hours later and you still have not shipped the product. I have now read your reviews and based on what I have read, I do not want the necklace.

tigers3 @ryanfroelichh I sadly found a tear in the bottom of the coat upon preparing for shipment. I feel terrible and so extremely sorry. I am uncertain of what happened but it appears at snacked on some thing. Being that it is brand new I am going to REI to see if they can assist. Again I am very sorry.
