angelanunn @laurazeer Hi. The stitching is coming aloose where the buckle is on the TB. On the Gucci there is scuffing on all four corners. I wanted to repair the TB and keep it but posh wouldn't let me on a multiple sale.

noircoco been in & out of clinics. I packaged them quickly with extra gift wrapping but honestly didn’t notice. But I can definitely tell by the pictures you posted they have poor construction, the others don’t look like that. I know these were a gift & how disappointed you must feel. Maybe you can just take off the red rhinestone & you won’t be able to tell. Please keep them as a free gift while I refund you. I am certain I don’t have another size 9 in rose gold if not I would have sent you a new pair.

noircoco Hi Angela have you received any notifications from Poshmark? I’m still waiting for a reply on my end, I can’t find any where online me how I can go in & just refund the canceled the order with out return. I sell on other sites & have done it in the past. But poshmark doesn’t seem to have that feature.

noircoco Im waiting now for a reply from them, so they can step in & manually Posh through the refund but it feels like they are taking too long. If they have replied to you please let me know & worst case if they force you to return. Simply use the label & send an empty package. I’m sure once it scans there will be no further delays in refund. My apologies for all these delays out of my control.
