treasuredsoul @intrigueme2301 yes it is. By LLR standards, the Joy vest in an XLg will fit 18+. I’m a solid 26-28 and I have a few of these, in both Large and XLg. Both fit comfortably. Hope that helps.

treasuredsoul Hi Angela, I noticed you did not acknowledge receipt of your package from me. You did receive it, right? I ask only because another package I sent that day was supposedly delivered, but the customer now is indicating it was not received, four days after usps shows it was delivered. Want to make sure the problem is not on my end usps...
