My grandma had dementia.I know it’s hard.I went from talking to her weekly to her forgetting who I was.my Mom died on dec 12 a few years ago.my brother was shot on dec 12 a few years before her.I moved in with her to take care of her.it was VERy painful to watch her in pain & suffering for years.I wish I could say it got easier but losing your mom is losing your best friend.so sorry u had to see her go through that b4 her passing.that is heartbreaking!

angelanlee @puddpudd0 yes, I’ve went thru A LOT of loss, cousins, Parents, BOTH brothers, all my grandparents & some friends. And several of them, I was there when they passed. But the last week my mom was put in hospice house & started having seizures every 5 minutes for the last 3 days she was alive. I laid in bed with her , crying & begging God to take her. So I know what you mean. Hardest thing ever.

angelanlee Sounds like you went through a lot like I did. Probably even harder.. It broke my heart to watch my mom suffer but I can not imagine my Mom having dementia.. that is a terrible disease & even though my mom had cancer which she was constantly in severe pain, I can’t imagine her not remembering me or going through the symptoms of dementia. So very sorry for your pain & loss. Losing your mom/best friend is Beyond heartbreaking.
