angelaxtinee @tracyhmyers haha yes it is I’m a competitive bodybuilder - I keep it simple - simple foods chicken steak turkey rice potatoes oatmeal eggs I eat every 3 hours and workout everyday. The over plan is much more specific but I keep it simple. I don’t believe in eating these complex meals.
