cloudscloset Hi there, Just wanted to let you know i have your shoes and top all packaged up but the dress had a few small stains i had noticed before. i brought it to the cleaners, i will have it back tomorrow i hope.. do u want me to ship the shoes and shirt separate or wait for the dress which hopefully will be stain free or i wont send it out. fingers crossed the cleaners said he would work on it for us. . let me know , thanks CLaudia

cloudscloset @angiebeezie hi there, so... I went to get the dress this afternoon ...again he was unable to remove the stains.... didn’t offer a refund either.. anyway I went to another cleaner to see what they could do, when we removed plastic from the first cleaner , OMG there were 2 holes in our dress. I went ballistic. So now I can show u the dress in pics to see if you even want it now? or send the other items and have posh adjust the price with me. I am so annoyed. And feel terrible. Let me know

cloudscloset @angiebeezie hi again, just contacted Poshmark Customer Support, about your order and the dress mishap.. I am so angry with the cleaner. I ave to file a claim to get reimbursed so I am pretty sure the dress is totally a no go.I contacted posh to see how to adjust your order and move forward if you still want to, on the remaining items I have ready to go. I am so terribly sorry, I see we both live in Phoenix maybe one day we will bump into each other... lol Claudia aka cloudscloset

angiebeezie @cloudscloset Hi! I am so sorry to hear about the dress! It was my favorite pick but I have had that happen when the cleaners get too aggressive. Please don't feel terrible. These things happen and it just wasn't meant to be. Go ahead and ship the other two. I'm in Ahwatukee, so far but not too far! LOL
