mkfc17 Good morning. I'm so sorry but I misshipped your top to another customer and you received their hat. Posh usually handles it they will Oregon vide you with a label to return. I'm sorry! Just open a case saying you fit the wrong item

bombshellfact Hi, I’m so sorry I accidentally mixed up my shipping. You will receive pants instead of the sweater. I’ve contacted Poshmark to let them know. When you receive contact Poshmark and then they will send return label and I can ship back your sweater once I get it from other customer and I will send with sp vial free gift. Again I’m so sorry I did that 😞.

gardengirl6 @mkfc17 Well, if I don't get the return label by 4 PM Tuesday before the post office closes, I won't be able to ship the wrong item back for several weeks. I'm going in for surgery Wednesday morning and won't be able to walk for at least 2 weeks, possibly 3 weeks! I just checked my emails and don't have a return label.

bombshellfact Hi I contacted you already about the mix up and return of the pants. Please return the pants with the Poshmark return label and I will either ship the sweater or refund it. I contacted you the second I found out so I’m really confused why you did not respond then you accept the order and then rate one star for wrong order.

gardengirl6 @bombshellfact Oh my gosh! I got the button down sweater to have something nice and cozy to wear and easy to get on following surgery. It's going to rain here all week and be cold. If I don't get the return label by 4 PM Tuesday before the post office closes, I won't be able to ship the wrong item back for several weeks. bombshellfact @gardengirl6 sorry to hear your having surgery, that sounds like it’s going to be rough. With the order , after three days of not accepting an order Poshmark automatically releases funds. That’s why I emailed immediately. I’ve contacted Poshmark twice and you will need to contact in order to get a return label. Hopefully we can get this taken care of tomorrow so I can get you the sweater for your recovery.

bombshellfact @gardengirl6 Awe so sorry to hear that. I’m sending you good vibes. What you do is go on the receipt of your order and click Poshmark support. It will walk you through the email with us number to get a return. I’ve done two for them so I think it will go through if you do it. Once we get it straightened out to return I will include a little something for you and your recovery. 🌸🌸🌸.

gardengirl6 @bombshellfact Hi, thank you! It's been hard recovering from surgery as a single parent of a baby :/ Exhausted and in pain. Baby went to sleep at 4:00 AM & 5:30 AM last 2 days! I didn't drive my car for a week and last night the pharmacist said I probably have an infection now. Hopefully I can make it to the post office today to send those pants and pick up my mail after I get to the doctor today. Haven't picked up my mail at the post office since last Monday before my surgery!

gardengirl6 @bombshellfact I took it over to the post office that day I said I would, while barely able to move, but they said they couldn't print a prepaid shipping label! Good grief! I don't have a printer either. I never ship anything. I had surgery recently because I was on the verge of cancer, and then the day after Easter I had heart trouble and almost died! I was asleep for about 2 days straight. Felt like I had been run over!

gardengirl6 @bombshellfact When I was pregnant, I was told I need heart surgery after baby and haven't been able to do that yet as a single mother of a baby! Surgery for cancer won out over heart surgery. Had a hard time getting around for a while still and had a lot of doctor appointments. The baby has been teething and screaming a lot most days. Finally got the shipping label printed yesterday and over to UPS in my pajamas. They said it would ship out today. Sorry about the delay to the other buyer!

I have not even contacted Poshmark yet about the other wrong item sent to me from another seller same time as you. And Poshmark has not contacted me either.
