georgedevona Hi Angie. I am told that in this situation when purchaser is unhappy with sale, you are to select the problem button and let them know this issue and send in pictures of the flaws that weren't mentioned. If Posh agrees they will send you a label to send merchandise back. So I will follow the Posh rules. So if you are unhappy and choose not to release the funds, please make a complaint so they can send you a return label. So sorry for my error.
