I'm speechless and I am so sorry. I got an email from support and I should be able to to send your bag back out imediatly. Along with an Extra item if u see something you like. Or a fav color. If you like jewelry. Please let me know. I'm so sorry. There were 2orders idk what I did I just need to make sure I don't get destacted. The person who got a pair of earrings from the metropolitan museum of art. But will not answer or return. And I understand if u want a refund.
