anastasia_nyc it is ok happy to help, ( you can not do free shipping in the offer bc you are buyer, postmark give the seller to do free shipping when they sending drop price on there products so, if im dropping price now for $35 it will be free shipping. If you will accept this offer ill do it but if not i dont want to go so low bc it will send notification to all likers on the vest.
