missrockwell Hello there. I apologize that you were unhappy with your item. All of my other customers love the skirt. Since you have accepted and rated the transaction, I'm not sure how to proceed with a refund as Poshmarks policy states that all sales are final. Please contact them directly to move forward with a return.

evee81 Hi. In regards to the Vince Camuto Sandals you purchased from me, I would gladly refund you what you paid if you are unhappy with them, but per Poshmark’s policy, it is required that you go through them. Open a case with them and I will follow through.

truangel @focusonme2 that statement is not true. You’re dishonest and you’re just angry that you were caught in a lie. You sold me damaged merchandise with a hole in it and advertised it as being “new”. You should be ashamed of yourself! All I can say is, “Buyers beware”!!!

truangel @destinywalker49 1. Confused? I’ve never ordered anything from you. 2. When my order is not as described, I send it back, then refunded. I’ve never had to get Poshmark support involved. I’ve been extremely happy with most of my purchases. On the other hand, some sell inferior merchandise and fail to disclose the flaws in their photos. I expect to get what I pay for. 3. This is not your concern. 4. If all sellers were honest,the support team would not have to intervene.
