lruiz1 Hello! I just read the comments you left on the rating for the phone case. “Item cleanliness, packaging, seller responsiveness and ship time” were the supposedly issues you had. Cleanliness makes no sense for a brand new case that was in its original packaging never opened so I’m not sure how you figured it was not clean🤨 Packaging-all my cases go in a bubble wrap package with a thank you card and free gift, not sure what was wrong with packaging📦

lruiz1 shipped this to you the next morning after you purchased It so to say “ship time” was an issue is wrong and I answered you promptly when you contacted me and even when you made the offer that I gladly excepted so again I’m not sure where “seller responsiveness” was a problem.

lruiz1 Forgive me but all of the points you complained about in the rating you gave me were way off base and it is very unfair to lie about these things on a rating when Posh is used by many of us as a business to make extra money for bills and our livelihood. False ratings such as the one you gave me are making poshmark look very bad. Finally, I have sold about a dozen of these exact cases (and still sell them) with great ratings and reviews.
