You would pay $21 for three pairs of shoes: 2 Skechers and 1 Levi's and you would pay for one shipping label to ship all three pairs of shoes. Are we on the same page? Yes, these are boy's size, not infant/toddler. Can you measure the length of one of your boy's sole bottoms and send to me? -- Ray
