leighanmurray26 @angela_petty Honey, I did not realize that bag smelt like smoke! I got it from a friend of mine (that doesn’t smoke) but think her husband does.. I would be happy to refund you if you can’t get it out.. Try some fabreeze. I like to use the kind w/ gain so it smells like fresh laundry.. If it’s bad, put some baking soda in a ziplock baggie, Set inside purse (opened but not to spill) zip purse closed & let sit overnight! Again, I apologize & if this doesn’t work, lmk & I’ll refund you!!

be72 Hi you should be receiving your Michael Kors bag tomorrow. I was wondering if you could let me know that it was shipped in a box as I requested. angela_petty @be72 Had a smell...maybe smoke. Handbag is inconvenient for me because of no strap (I knew) and handles to short to carry up on shoulder so u have to hold it in hand always which means shopping etc is difficult

be72 @angela_petty It had no oder to me and my home is smoke free and pet free. Maybe your sense of smell is highly sensitive I noticed you said that to another seller. As for how you have to carry it I listed all measurements. I’m sorry it doesn’t work for you I completely understand you can always resell it.
