mrzbar Hello! You purchased the Bed Stu Exile bag from my closet, I wondered if you were able to retrieve it. I received an email from Poshmark Tuesday stating it showed delivered however you did not receive it. I’m disappointed in how long it took Poshmark to authenticate it and ship it to you. I haven’t heard further from Poshmark so wanted to follow up with you. I apologize for the mishap.

thewahwife @mrzbar hello. I'm so sorry too. I got an email that it was delivered on Tuesday, but to Poshmark in California. I'm in Nebraska. I have emailed them, but no response yet. I will check with my post office tomorrow to see if it has shown up. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. Postal service has been crazy lately. It was my first time authenticating. I was hoping it would go more smooth and quicker as well.

There should be a button to report a problem on the order. They may be able to file a claim for a missing package and get some further details. Again, I'm so sorry.

thewahwife @knewelljohnson I am so sorry to hear that. I contacted Poshmark last week about this order to let them know it has been shipped but is not tracking. There should be somewhere on the order page for you to also mark that there is a problem with the order so Poshmark can look into it further.
