orangecatcloset Hi Angela, I hope you had a nice weekend :) I wanted to see if you have any questions about how to open the formal request to return the incorrect item with Poshmark support. I am so incredibly sorry for the hassle! I’ve been emailing PM support daily and they are so slow to respond. I want to get your belt to you ASAP but they won’t help until the return is set up. Again, sooooooooo sorry. Please let me know! Thank you so much. 🙃😀

aghillman13 @orangecatcloset I was waiting to hear from you. I thought you were mailing the belt and when I received it, I would send back the box. I’ve never done this before so should I be contacting customer service or you since you shipped the incorrect item and still have the correct item?
