ayyeliki @dawn_10 Hi there , I just wanted to update you as I have had to contact Poshmark support. It appears the earrings were delivered to a previous address (that has expired) AND which I noticed and immediately edited after purchasing the earrings! UGG. Just FYI that’s why I have not yet “accepted” the delivery, plus I just got home from work… I hope they can track them and reroute, sigh...,

dawn_10 @ayyeliki Thanks for letting me know. This package needed a signature to be delivered, so do you know who now lives at this address and signed for the package? If it has already been delivered and signed for, it can't be rerouted.

ayyeliki @dawn_10 It’s an apartment complex! I can try to stop by the office tomorrow or Monday when they’re open, nobody should have signed for it considering it’s my name on the package! I know, so sorry! I had edited my address I believe before it was even sent to Poshmark for verification so I didn’t think it was going to be an issue… Ugh. I don’t want either one of us to lose out!

dawn_10 @ayyeliki Tracking # says that it's signed for by "A Johnston". Maybe the USPS delivery person can go back to that address to retrieve the package. I guess we just have to wait and see how Posh is going to deal with this.

ayyeliki @dawn_10 Wow- for one thing I was working about 16 miles from that address until 430 today – I’m betting that’s just a USPS generic signature, he likely left it in a mailbox in the apartment. I’ll see if I can still get into the complex and knock on that door tomorrow, LOL! I guess Poshmark should have some way to verify address prior to sending out. I ordered another pair of earrings at the same time and they Are on the way to my correct address, what a mess.

dawn_10 @ayyeliki Yes, I've heard of USPS mail carriers sometimes sign the package on your behalf. It's a mess indeed. I hope it all works out, pls keep me updated.

ayyeliki Guess what? I left a note on the apartment door and the guy actually messaged me to come pick it up and I have it in my hands! Yay, there are honest people in this world! But I’m really disgusted with Poshmark support, twice I have submitted an inquiry and they have yet to respond! Ugh
