ashleighsloan13 Hey girl! Okay so I filed a “shipped but not tracking” thing with Poshmark, but they want me to wait for it to track until monday the 17th. I’ve also gone up to my post office and talked to the main mail man, he said that post offices country wide are experiencing severe delays, as well as lost packages. I am so truly sorry. I would love to have an exact answer for you. I’ve experienced mega delays, but this is a bit insane.

ashleighsloan13 What would you like me to do? I am more than happy to cancel the order, even if it does in fact end up sending/tracking. I’m more than happy to give you your money back and let you keep the earrings. Or we can wait until the 17th when Poshmark will look further in to it! Again, whatever you prefer and will work best. I am genuinely so so sorry. This is unacceptable and I’m so sorry it’s happening with your package 😞

ashleighsloan13 Hi! I have contacted Poshmark support to ask what further should be done. I have gone back to my post office and there aren’t any misplaced packages at that facility, so they think it might be misplaced at the sorting center. I promise to keep watch for a response from the Poshmark team. Again, I am SO sorry. This has never happened. I’m so sorry it happened with your package. 😞💕
