shabbynatalie case resolved? I'm not sure if that is true. I have has no response from the person with your bag. so without her cooperation I don't see how you will get your bag. I'm so sorry 😞. I guess at least you can get your money back. if I do hear from her I will be sure to let you know.

shalomgirl43 They approved the case (but only re: a return, nit exchange) and sent me a label to ship the shoes back to you to be refunded when received. I dropped the box off at the post office this afternoon. No worries, you did your best! I wish their customer service was much better, but that is on them.

shalomgirl43 I think at the beginning I was supposed to direct questions with an @ to the person at the top of this thread, Trisha, but I didn’t get it and thought that she would see whatever was in this thread automatically. Oh well, live and learn! Also, don’t worry about trying to facilitate anything further on my behalf with the bag, as I found another one just like it and just purchased it. So it’s all good.
