Hi, I did not detach the chain. Poshmark must have done that when they were doing the authentication. I posted a pic of the. Gain on another bag in my closet. The bag did not come with instructions. Can you please let me know when you’ve viewed the pic so I can remove it as I set it up as an item for sale. Also I made you a special little paper card made out of a pic of the bag and sent you a pair of earrings I bought to wear with the bag. Did you receive these two things?

This was my first sale and I was so excited. You got a $2,600 bag for $1,350 and the chain was a problem? I had to wait four days after it was delivered to even get the money. It’s simple. You hook the ends together. Designer bags don’t come with instructions. It never occurred to you that Poshmark could have taken the chain apart? I wrapped it In red paper, I made you an adorable purse envelope, I sent you a brand new pair of earring that match the bag.
