cyoung39 Hi there! I purchased these boots several days ago: Etienne Aigner Black Booties - size 8. Therefore, I clicked on current status of my boots last night to obtain shipping info. And in doing so, I'm not sure if I accidentally canceled the order? (As I just noticed today that my boots are now showing as canceled and refund being issued). However, there was no explanation, no further details. (And I definitely want the boots). Can you pls chk on this further and advise how to handle? Tks!
