ema8223 @gela7980 Oh thank goodness. The only problem is that I moved and for some reason they keep sending things to my old address which end up getting forwarded. Which makes it go from Mobile al down to Tampa Fl and it's literally been taking a month or so once that happens. It's a freaking nightmare. I'm so so sorry. I know they will get back to eventually but I dont want yalls money held up.

ema8223 The other buyer has already sent hers back but it went to my old address which in turn was forwarded sp there is no telling how long it will take to get back. I swear on my life you two will get these items at some point. I just have no idea when. I'm so so sorry again.😭😭😭

gela7980 @ema8223 Thank you very much! I will ship the other items tomorrow or Monday, whichever I can get off work early. Sorry I said the items I received were gaudy, I was very disappointed when I opened the package and I didn’t shouldn’t have insulted clothing I wouldn’t choose to purchase. I appreciate everyone has their own style, that’s why I was so excited to use Poshmark in the first place. Thank you for sending me the dress!

ema8223 It's no problem. I hate to hear that your experience on here has not gone well. I've been on Poshmark for almost 2 years and this is only the 2nd time this has happened. ema8223 Just wanted to mention this again that if you start a case they will pay for the shipping. You may even wanna check your email bc they may have sent you one already. I clicked on the order and hit problem and clicked where I shipped the wrong order. So, you may already have a return label ready to go👍

ema8223 @gela7980 Angela, just for future reference, ALWAYS start a case with Poshmark if you recieve the wrong item or it is not as described or there is anything wrong with the item. You DID NOT have to pay to send it back to me bc Poshmark would have paid for shipping label, not you. They also would have covered my shipping label to get it back to you....

ema8223 Now, you and I were both refunded our money but you chose to send it to back on your own,spending your own money. I clearly explained the process multiple times so neither one of us would be out any extra money. I understand that I made a mistake, it happens and I'm sorry for that. I will send it to you and be out more money as well. But please, next time, START A CASE. THANKS.

gela7980 @ema8223 I tried your email address and it came back undelivered. I just posted my mailing address. I apologize for all the confusion on my part, I did try and contact Poshmark about a case but, nothing came of it except for the initial refund. Maybe this just isn’t my gig. I like things like shopping to be easy. I deal with things all day at my work that don’t go right, I need something somewhere to be easy for me. Thank you for sending the dress. I really appreciate it.

ema8223 @gela7980 Its no problem. I just want to reiterate that you NEVER accept a package before opening it and making sure it is exactly what you bought and it matches their description. If it is not, rather than hitting accept, you select whichever option fits to start a case. I have purchased tons of stuff on here and hardly ever have a problem. Always check reviews on your buyers as well. You should be recieving your dress soon. Have a great day!!
