Any picture or icon in your item description messes up your search function on Poshmark. Remove all of the green check boxes and you will have more success with people finding your inventory when they are searching. Happy Poshing and have a great day!!!

bluebirdcloset @gellarfashions I tried it and didn’t see a huge increase in sales. So, I don’t really want to pay Posh any more money. I share my closet 5X a day - based on my inventory and Posh’s 9000 share rule. I have started trying to use more key words in my descriptions to generate searches. I just do the things.

shopgellarose @bluebirdcloset Thank you. I've been using the promoted closet for a while now, but unfortunately, the results haven't been very rewarding. The cost is quite high, and nearly half of my sales for that promoted period end up going back into the promotion expenses. Sometimes, after spending $35 weekly, I got no sales. I have stopped using promoted closet for a week now.

bluebirdcloset @gellarfashions I do all of that. I think it’s important. I don’t think you need to spend 8 hours a day doing it but I do it randomly. I spend time on Posh doing this in the morning and evening before I go to bed.

bluebirdcloset @gellarfashions your closet name is Geller Fashions…..this makes me think you have clothing. Change your name to reflect your housewares and stuff. It will help people find you. For example, I sell a lot of vintage so I search closets that have vintage in their name and follow them. I think Posh allows you to change your name once.
