mrsamswank Hello, my sincerest apologies! I’m so sorry i was not able to ship your coat or correspond bc I became extremely ill w/Covid and was hospitalized. I was discharged yest evening. It was my absolute intent to reach out to explain the reason for delay, offer my apologies and refund if u wanted. I feel extremely bad!! It’s extremely unprofessional.
