amckelvy3 Angela, I am very sorry you received some shoes that were in bad shape, but the photos you posted from the case history file, aren't even the shoes I own. I was very confused to see a case brought against me regarding my shoes that were nearly brand new! I'm glad it was dropped and resolved. Enjoy MY nice shoes!
