the belt has 5 belt holes and you want to be in the middle hole when you are fastened. my waist is a size 28.

@jefflady ok. no I'm telling you 300. it's in next to perfect condition, comes with box, dust bag and receipt. so if you ever wanted to sell it you would have no problem. as long as you keep everything. on the website it's goes for 380.
