seitzy Hi Angela - just to let you know your Kate Spade was shipped yesterday from my local Canada Post branch! I’m not sure why we haven’t seen tracking details comes through yet...but I’ll keep watching for them.

seitzy Quick update - I checked in with Canada Post given we still have not seen an update. They assured me the package was scanned and dispatched. If we don’t see a scan in the next 24 hours we will open a customer service ticket. It’s also possible you could receive the item before we see a scan - or so they say. I’ll follow up again tomorrow and Friday. So frustrating!
