@hotlands80 ok they are out for delivery! I was worried because I did mail them the same day you bought them. I bought something and it took 7 days for me to get it and it was showing that it was mailed off it was just stuck somewhere.

About the Jessica Simpson booties, maybe you need to work on your reading skills!! Read the description about the boots!!! I wrote the lining is coming off!! I even showed pictures that the lining was coming off! I didn’t hide anything! So thank you for the 3 stars all because you don’t know how to read!

Girl, I am SO SORRY. I printed the label for the shoes you bought and accidentally put the label on a return I had to make for workout gear. 😖😭
I’ve never had this happen. I emailed POSHMARK to ask them to help me get it reversed. I will keep you posted! 🙏

@jenestrad I'm sorry you feel as if a 3 stars rating was not enough. I was not rude or disrespectful when leaving that rating. I was honest. The packaging it was shipped it was to say the least not up to par. It is correct that you stated there was some damage, however you did not express how extensive the damage was. As for the attempt to belittle me over receiving a mediocre rating it's not wanted or warranted.

Hey!! Okay so I have contacted Posh about getting your shoes sent to you, and how I can get a label to you for the workout gear I accidentally sent to you. If I gave you additional shoes free of charge, would you be willing to drop that wrong package back at USPS? They are factory damaged items that need to go back to a workout brand. If that’s okay with you.. pick any of the shoes on my page and I’ll add them to your order free of charge!! 🙏

If I mail you the shoes you purchased, and the extra stuff I offered- plus a pre-paid label. That’ll work right? Then you can just tape the label to the mistaken package and drop it at UPS. Lmk if that will work for you?

As a business owner I believe service is more about honesty and customer service than the product itself. If someone is willing to bend the truth over a $10 item what would they do for $10000 item? I spend anywhere between 4-6k a month on here thank you for your honestly. I will be shopping your closet more often
