brandondunnavan shipping was fast,Just weren't very clean.Had to dry clean to get animal hair off and to smell more pleasant,but they are in good condition, just needed cleaning and this responsibility should be mine,other than normal wipe down as described. but u couldn't so a wipe down .Just took them to be professionally dry cleaned so they didn't get ruined.

brandondunnavan my wife loves them so much but when they first were opened, she showed me the hairs. I told her it will be OK..I will have them cleaned and I did..23$for the dry cleaning. I'm asking and awaiting this partial refund to take care of that and I think that's very fare mam
