dis2409 Hey! Just received the bag, it’s great but it’s missing the crossbody strap. In the pictures it does show it comes with the strap. There’s nothing in the description that states it’s missing the strap.

dis2409 @angelagonzal929 yes I know you reposted the pictures but if I’m the pictures the strap is there and you didn’t note it in the description it’s not an accurate posting of the item. Are you willing to refund $10 so I can buy a replacement strap on amazon? They are $11.
