Her and one of her sisters now are excited to be going on a missionary trip to bring Gods word to others. I’m a very proud aunt.

iheart1290 @angiehayes2004 yes I am proud of all of them. Really a great group of kids, when Esther leaves for college , there will be 7 still at home. The oldest boy lives in Austria, and the oldest girl recently got married. So still a big family though. They make it work, my sister n law gardens, cans etc and they raise a few sheep n make cheese etc.

resale4you
resale4you Hi Angelia. Noticed your comment about having “had” fibro on another’s closet listing (gal w/ MS). Have had fibro 30 years now and just wondered what helped you...? Thanks, Kathy🤗💕🌺

angiehayes2004
angiehayes2004 @resale4you hi Kathy, so sorry to hear you have Fibromyalgia! There were a combination of things that helped but the key was to figure out which system in your body broke down first. For me it was digestion so I gave up sugar, dairy, red meat and caffeine. When my digestive system recovered all the other systems began functioning correctly also because they didn’t have to work overtime to make up the difference.

angiehayes2004
angiehayes2004 @resale4you My chiropractor helped me figure it out and also put me on some minerals and acupuncture treatments to help speed up the recovery. I hope this helps you ! It’s a long process and takes discipline but worth it to get rid of the fibro. And I think God played a part in helping me find the right chiropractor to help. I haven’t had any symptoms in years.

resale4you @angiehayes2004 You’ve given me lots to 🤔 about and I really appreciate your response. I have to ask... what do you eat for breakfast? and is there really life without cheese? 😉
Feb 01Reply
angiehayes2004
angiehayes2004 @resale4you for breakfast I eat an immune support oatmeal with fruit on it. Let me know if you want the recipe. Life is hard without cheese for sure ☺️but you get used to it and it’s easier. Wishing you good success with whatever you do to get better! 🤗

resale4you
resale4you @angiehayes2004 Would love the recipe! TY!
Feb 04Reply
angiehayes2004
angiehayes2004 @resale4you sorry it took so long: To make a batch use 4 cups roiled oats, 2cups oat bran, 1cup sunflower seeds, 1 cup lecithin granules, 1 cup ground flax seeds, 1 cup ground milk thistle seeds & 1 cup slices almonds. Mix them all together really well and store.
Feb 10Reply
angiehayes2004
angiehayes2004 @resale4you prepare using 1/3 cup cereal and 1/2 cup water. Store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. I leave mine overnight. I heat it up for 1 minute and then add fruit to give it some flavor. You can eat it cold with milk, yogurt or tofu if you prefer
