bali_island @fashionguru95 Hello there! I do have a small shoulder Prada bag. I'd consider it as mini bag because you can detach the strap and use it as a clutch. It still has authenticity card, care card and dust bag. I've only used it 4 times for evening events. It really is a stunning bag. I was planning to list it in my closet tomorrow. luckygirlcloset I just looked at your closet and I can only see one as well. that is very strange. Are you sure you hit list? I made a mistake a few times and didn't hit list and it disappeared. had to start over which I know is frustrating. Try posting your items again and see what happens. also closing your Poshmark app and opening it again before doing so. also make sure you're not posting items that are not allowed. Check Poshmark policies. hope this helps. Good luck!

greatbargains1 @bali_island ok, still just the one. It’s definitely a glitch. Contact Support. Explain the situation, unfortunately it’s the weekend you might not get a respond back until Monday. Hopefully where this is a serious issue sooner. I understand your frustration, but hang in there. It is truly a great site for selling & buying. As much of a pain it is. Delete a listing and relist, or if you have something else to list go ahead see what happens.

greatbargains1 @bali_island The scammers shouldn’t have anything to do with it.I really think it is an unfortunate glitch.Customer support is great! You do have to wait until they reply,usually within 24 hours, esp pressing issues. You will get a notification they received your inquiry, and they will try to get back to you within 24 hours. They will get to the bottom of it. Sorry, this happened. Try to list something else tonight or tomorrow to see if it continues. Let me know the outcome...Barbara 💝🌷
