tmsam063 Hi, I’m the seller of the SAK rainbow hobo tote and I’m mortified & embarrassed to let you know that I just received a note from the person who purchased a pair of Dr Scholl sandals, that she received the hobo tote SO I’m assuming you’re going to receive her shoes. I’m worried about myself, no idea how I let that happen. Once you get it, request a return, I’ll accept so you can get a shipping label and then I’ll send the tote asap once I receive it back. Again, I’m so so sorry 😢

tmsam063 @angiemjajr On my end, it says it was scheduled for delivery yesterday so you should hopefully get it today. Once you receive it, just open a case stating “wrong item sent”, and you’ll receive a shipping label to send it back. The person who received the bag is shipping it back so once I receive it back, it’ll be reshipped to you. Gosh, I’m so sorry…I’ve never had this happen before 😢

angiemjajr @tmsam063 hey I received the package and it says the shipping label was emailed to me but I don't have access to that email address anymore. Can just bring it to the post office and pay the shipping or whatever without the label that was sent to me? I'm not sure how this works lol but I tried changing the email address to my new email and it says that the email address is already in use.

tmsam063 @angiemjajr Hi, here’s what I got from Poshmark. They emailed the label to you and it will actually get shipped to the correct person. “We have provided new labels to each of the buyers, so they can ship the items to each other. We have covered the shipping costs.” I can try and reach out to them but it may be best from you since email addresses aren’t shared among parties. Provide the info from any notice you received. They won’t ship the bag until the incorrect package is returned.

angiemjajr @tmsam063 they emailed me the label and it's the wrong one🤦🏼‍♀️they sent the one that is addressed to me from you! I've reached out via email again but haven't heard anything. maybe you could reach out again too and maybe speed things up lol

angiemjajr @tmsam063 hey poshmark hasn't responded to me since they sent me the wrong label. I've emailed them twice once yesterday and once this morning and gotten no response. I don't know what else to do. Your address is on the package I can just send it back to you but this is getting ridiculous.

tmsam063 @angiemjajr I am so so sorry…I’ve gotten 3 replies from them, each telling me to have you contact them. This is so frustrating and I feel awful. Can you try again to contact them so you can be done with this fiasco and get your adorable bag!

angiemjajr @tmsam063 I've emailed them twice this morning already! They're not responding and there's no other way to contact them! I've emailed them every twice a day since Monday morning they haven't responded to anything. I'm beyond frustrated at this point.
