mscountrygirl @asdfjkl1177 hey there...why Posh doesn't get back to me I don't know...supplier said they don't have the other, other isnt available, apparently it was sent to someone else. So what I can do is issue my own refund to you. Or you can contact them to initiate the refund

ericaleeroberts @asdfjkl1177 you'll have to tell them you got the wrong item! I can't make adjustments because it says you excepted the jacket. Probably you were out of town, and didn't get a chance to report the issue soon enough.

ericaleeroberts @asdfjkl1177 In order for you to get your money back for the jacket that wasn't sent, and for me to get my dress back. I need you to go to your purchases and open the link to your jacket purchase. Then click on drag down option that says problems or whatever. send them an email that you didn't get what you ordered, and show them a pic of the dress I sent.

I will look to see if there are shoes or something that we could exchange. I am unsure what I would do with the two right shoes otherwise - will let you know shortly!
